KIEV, Feb. 6 ??“ Ukraine, Russia and Hungary created a trilateral commission to conduct a feasibility study on a project to build a major logistics center in Hungary and a railway line, the Transport and Communications Ministry reported.

The center is supposed to be based in Zahony in Hungary, while a railway line will stretch from Zahony to Chop in Ukraine??™s TransCarpathian region, the ministry said.
