KYIV, Feb 21 – Andriy Brodsky, co-owner and CEO of Velta Group, which operates titanium ore extraction assets in Novomyrhorod (Kirovohrad region), supports close cooperation with the United States on rare earth metals but considers the idea of transferring 50% of Ukraine's natural resources unrealistic.
"In my opinion, the notion of transferring 50% of Ukraine's natural resources is as unrealistic as transferring 50% of resources on the Moon. Such claims lack a real assessment and analysis. Natural resources, without evaluation according to international standards (JORC), remain intangible assets; they cannot simply be quantified and divided in a material form," Brodsky wrote on his Facebook page.
