KYIV, Feb 19 - The first nuclear reactors that Ukraine will decommission will be the VVER 440 reactors of Rivne NPP, Energy Minister Herman Haluschenko said.

"The first reactors that we will decommission are VVER -440. These are two reactors at Rivne NPP. Roughly, this will be somewhere around 2038-2040, I think. I very much doubt that we will extend (the service life). We will look at the condition of the equipment for the others," Haluschenko said in an interview with LB live.
