KYIV, Feb 14 – Ukraine has received offers from many companies, including large companies from neighboring countries, to participate in financing the completion of power units No. 3.4 at the Khmelnytsky NPP in exchange for a share in the project.

"So far, we have not considered the issue of letting anyone into the project, although there are such requests, from many, I will not name who, including from large companies in neighboring countries," said Energy Minister Herman Haluschenko at a briefing in the Verkhovna Rada on Friday.
