KYIV, Feb 14 - Energy Minister Herman Haluschenko is concerned that the Bulgarian parliament has registered a resolution on the cancellation of the permit to sell two reactor vessels for power units No. 3 and No. 4 of Khmelnytsky NPP to Ukraine, the term of which expires on March 11.
"The only thing that worries me now is that as soon as the Verkhovna Rada adopted the law (on the purchase of equipment for Khmelnytsky NPP-3, 4), pro-Russian forces in Bulgaria immediately registered a draft law on the cancellation of the permit for its transfer to Ukraine," the minister said during a briefing in parliament on Friday, an Energy Reform correspondent reports.
