KYIV, Feb 13 – President Volodymyr Zelenskyy did not sign the agreement offered to him during a meeting with U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent in Kyiv, CNN said on Thursday.

"Instead he was presented with what Zelenskyy called 'serious people' – and a largely financial deal handed over by Bessent, the US billionaire turned money-man, which he didn't sign," the broadcaster's publication says.
