KIEV, Feb. 1 ??“ Projects to reconstruct blocks of residential houses built in the 1960's will be attractive for investment and construction companies, according to Yevhen Shalomeyev, head of Kiev council's commission for city planning and architecture.
"I don't think that the projects for the reconstruction of blocks of the so-called Khrushchevka residential buildings will face any problems with lack of investors. On the contrary, the investment and construction companies have acknowledged that the times of super huge incomes are in the past, and that they will have to invest in the realization of city projects in the engineering and transport infrastructure and social infrastructure," he said in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
