KYIV, Feb 11 – Public Joint-Stock Company Ukrnafta, which has partnered with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to develop gas-fired power generation projects with a total capacity of up to 370 MW, is now working on attracting additional investments for renewable energy projects, including solar and wind power, according to Duncan Nightingale, Chairman of the company's Supervisory Board.
"We intend to deploy roughly 200 MW of renewable generation over the next two years," he said in a brief interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
