KYIV, Jan 30 – President Volodymyr Zelenskyy instructed to allocate funds from the budget to finance a number of key programs of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), which were suspended after the decree of US President Donald Trump.

Zelenskyy stated this during a traditional video address to Ukrainians on Wednesday, January 29.

According to him, today [January 29] he listened to reports from the Minister for Reconstruction Oleksii Kuleba and Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Viktor Mykyta. They informed him about critically important programs funded by USAID.
