KIEV, Jan. 31 - Forum Bank is planning to raise syndicated loans on the international market for a total of $280 million-$300 million in 2007.
"The main borrowings will be syndicated loans in 2007," Yaroslav Kolesnyk the bank's CEO, said at a Wednesday press conference in Kiev. "Today we are preparing two syndicated loans for a total of $130 million-$150 million that we will raise in February and March. We are planning to raise another $150 million in the second half of 2007," he said.
