KYIV, Jan 20 – Since the start of the full-scale invasion, DTEK Energy specialists have restarted thermal power plants (TPPs) from zero 49 times after enemy strikes, with nearly half of these cases occurring in 2024.

"Following enemy attacks, the power plants often had to shut down entirely or go to 'zero mode,' meaning they stopped generating and supplying electricity to the grid," the company stated on its Telegram channel on Friday.
