KYIV, Jan 17 – This winter, Russian aggressors reached a new level of attacks on Ukraine’s energy system, utilizing all available weaponry, causing significantly more damage and complicating recovery efforts, Energy Minister Herman Haluschenko stated.

"This heating season has brought an entirely new level of attacks and new weaponry. Ukraine's energy infrastructure is now targeted by all types of weapons, including advanced systems," Haluschenko said during a parliamentary Q&A session on Friday, as cited in the session's transcript.
