KYIV, Jan 17 - Ukraine has already spent about $2.5 billion on completing power units No. 3, 4 of Khmelnytsky NPP, Energy Minister Herman Haluschenko said.

"What is important about the completion? Look, about $1 billion has been spent on the structure itself. Plus, what is important, there is equipment on the site itself that was previously purchased for the installation of these units. The cost is somewhere around $1.5 billion," Haluschenko said during the hour of questions to the government on Friday.
