KYIV, Jan 16 – Nuclear generation saved Ukraine's energy generation during the war and the lives of Ukrainians, said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and noted the need for its development.

"Today, nuclear generation simply saved the lives of Ukrainians. This is just a fact. And precisely because of such a great experience of nuclear energy, I believe that Ukrainians need to develop it," he said on Wednesday, answering questions from students at the Higher School of Economics in Warsaw.
