KYIV, Jan 7 – Export of goods from Ukraine in 2024 increased by 18.5% compared to 2023, from $36 billion to $41.6 billion, while import increased by 11.3%, from $63.5 billion to $70.7 billion, the State Customs Service said on Tuesday.
As a result, according to its data, Ukraine's foreign trade turnover last year increased by 13% compared to 2023, to $112.3 billion.
At the same time, taxable imports amounted to $57.4 billion, or 81% of the total volume of imported goods. The tax burden per 1 kg of taxable imports increased by 5% per year to $0.51 per kg.
