BRUSSELS, Jan. 31 - A Ukrainian government commission may approve a draft Production Sharing Agreement with the U.S. company Vanco Energy on Feb. 2, Deputy Prime Minister Andriy Kliuyev said Tuesday.

Kliuyev said that the draft PSA would then be sent to Vanco for consideration, before the government moves to finally approve it, according to Interfax-Ukraine report.
