KYIV, Jan 3 – The share of raw materials in Ukraine's exports to the European Union is decreasing, while the share of processed goods is growing, according to Taras Kachka, Deputy Minister of Economy and Trade Representative of Ukraine.
"Over 10 years of free trade with the EU have made our trade EU-centered. Currently, 59.5% of our exports go to the EU. Despite all the turbulence in the agricultural sector and at the borders, our exports to the EU increased by $1.34 billion, or 5.9%," Kachka wrote on Facebook.
