KYIV, Dec 30 – In 2024, Ukraine secured $41.7 billion in external financing to cover its budget deficit, enabling the allocation of necessary funds to counter Russia's full-scale aggression, Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko reported.
"This has allowed us to fully fund pensions, salaries in education and healthcare, and the entire humanitarian and social support system," the Finance Minister said during the National Telethon on Monday.
