KYIV, Dec 26 – Naftogaz Ukrainy is awaiting a decision by international arbitration on a claim against Russia's Gazprom for underpayment for the service of organizing the transportation of natural gas until the end of April 2025, according to the consolidated financial statements published on the company's website.

According to the document, hearings on this case were held in October 2024.

In March 2024, then-CEO of the company's board Oleksiy Chernyshov predicted that the arbitration would make a decision in early 2026.
