KYIV, Dec 23 – Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico does not want to participate in joint European work on energy independence, but wants to help Russia displace American gas and other partners' energy resources from Europe, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said, calling such assistance immoral.

Commenting on Fico's trip to Moscow, the head of the Ukrainian state noted that after the meeting, Fico and Vladimir Putin neither made joint statements, nor answered questions from the media.
