KYIV, Dec 13 – Ukraine expects to receive approximately $8.5 billion in international financing from its partners by December of this year, National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) Governor Andriy Pyshnyy announced during a briefing in Kyiv on Thursday.
Deputy NBU Governor Serhiy Nikolaychuk elaborated that the anticipated funds include over EUR 4 billion from the European Union under the Ukraine Facility and a $1.1 billion seventh disbursement of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) loan under the Extended Fund Facility (EFF).
