KYIV, Dec 2 – Representatives of Ukraine's State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection and Finland's National Emergency Supply Agency (NESA) signed a memorandum of understanding in Kyiv, focusing on the protection of critical infrastructure.
"The signing of this memorandum will help deepen systemic cooperation between our countries. It is a logical step forward in developing the security agreement previously signed between our nations at the initiative of the President of Ukraine. We are ready to share unique experiences, such as protecting critical infrastructure from massive drone attacks. We are confident that our Finnish colleagues will find this experience valuable," said Oleksandr Potiy, head of the Special Communications Service, as quoted in the Service's press release.
