KYIV, Nov 29 – Kyiv has already allocated more than UAH 9 billion from the city budget to support the military in 2024, the capital's mayor Vitali Klitschko said.
"At the next session, there is still an opportunity to allocate UAH 740 million this year. That is, in total, it will be almost UAH 10 billion (last year it was UAH 7.5 billion). This includes money for the purchase of necessary equipment by units – drones, electronic warfare systems, cars, etc. And funds, in particular, for payments to the military and their families, housing, equipment for engineering structures, rehabilitation," Klitschko said in Telegram channel.
