KYIV, Nov 29 – The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Agrarian and Land Policy during negotiations with representatives of the European Union in Ukraine discussed the prospect of receiving grants and financing for the Ukrainian agricultural sector, as well as the implementation of the common agricultural policy (CAP) after joining the European Union, MP Serhiy Labaziuk (For the Future party) reported on Telegram.
Christian Ben Hell, Sector Manager for Land, Agriculture, Forestry, and Food Safety of the EU Delegation informed that grants worth EUR 1.5 billion have already been provided to Ukrainian farmers.
