KYIV, Nov 18 – Ukraine's gross domestic product (GDP) grew by 1.3% in October 2024 compared to October 2023, a deceleration from September's 3.8% growth but an improvement over August and July figures of 0.3% and 1.1%, respectively, according to preliminary estimates by First Deputy Economy Minister Oleksiy Sobolev.
As reported on the Economy Ministry's website on Monday, GDP growth for January-October 2024 was estimated at 4.2% year-on-year, down slightly from 4.5% for the first nine months, 3.9% for eight months, and 4% for seven months of 2024.
