KYIV, Nov 11 - Ukrainian metallurgy needs equal conditions for competition in the EU market, access to the European market will open up great opportunities for any Ukrainian manufacturer, noted head of the office of the general director of Metinvest Group Oleksandr Vodoviz at the Kyiv International Economic Forum (KIEF) in Kyiv.

"Why are we going to the EU at all? Because it is the most premium market for all producers. It is the sweetest piece that everyone wants to bite off. We also want to be part of this piece. After all, this is a colossal opportunity and colossal experience," he said, pointing out a number of challenges the Ukrainian metallurgical industry faces on the path to integration into the European Union, as well as the risks and recommendations for this process.
