KYIV, Nov 4 – Ukraine is not holding any kind of talks with Russia, including in the sphere of energy security, however the countries that participated in a conference on the relevant item of the Peace Formula can fulfill the agreements reached during the event, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak said.

"It is definitely not true about the alleged talks between Ukraine and Russia. What is going on? We have held themed conferences. The first conference was devoted to energy security, it was held online, but it was co-organized by Qatar. […] And when it ended, a lot of countries from different continents joined it, we set out the principles. When doing this, we said that if today, for example, Qatar or any other country is ready to implement these agreements through separate deals with Ukraine and the Russian Federation, they are welcomed to do this," he said in an interview that was broadcasted on the national telethon on Monday.
