KYIV, Nov 1 – IAEA teams present at the Khmelnytsky, Rivne and Pivdennoukrainsk NPPs, as well as the Chornobyl NPP, have noted that nuclear safety is being maintained despite the consequences of the ongoing war, while noting air-raid alarms that were received over several days last week.

"Frequent reports of drones flying near nuclear power plants continue to be a source of deep concern for nuclear safety and security. As we have stated repeatedly, any military activity in the vicinity of nuclear power plants represents a potential risk," Director General Grossi said.
