KIEV, Jan. 25 ??“ Naftokhimik Prykarpattia, Ukraine??™s No. 5 oil refinery, in 2007 plans to allocate $110.6 million for the development of the enterprise, Board Chairman Oleksandr Shyliayev told Interfax-Ukraine.

He said that $53.1 million would be allocated to build a hydro-refining complex, $8.7 million to complete the upgrade of the AT-3 crude oil distillation plant, $6.2 million to complete the upgrade of the complex for separating gasoline fractions and $3.1 million to upgrade the vacuum pumping plant.
