KYIV, Oct 9 – The State Property Fund of Ukraine held an online privatization auction, selling a 100% stake in the authorized capital of JSC United Mining and Chemical Company (UMCC) for nearly UAH 4 billion.

"The purchase was finalized through the ProZorro.Sale electronic system. The winning bid amounted to UAH 3,938,351,581," the Fund's statement said on Tuesday evening.
