KYIV, Oct 8 – Ukrposhta is negotiating an agreement with the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) that could enable deliveries from Amazon and other major marketplaces to Ukraine, said CEO Igor Smelyansky.

"I just returned from the U.S. and can confirm that we are actively negotiating with USPS. Once the agreement is finalized, Amazon will be available for Ukraine," he told Interfax-Ukraine in an exclusive interview.
