KYIV, Sept 30 – Roksolana Pidlasa, the head of the parliamentary budget committee, considers external assistance from partners to be the main and only source of budget financing next year, she said in an interview with the Interfax-Ukraine agency.

"We essentially have no other option than external financing," she said.

Speaking about various sources of budget financing, she emphasized that privatization revenues are expected to exceed the UAH 3 billion budgeted in adopted bill No. 11417, and suggested that in the event of a full-scale launch of large-scale privatization, they could amount to about UAH 10-30 billion.
