KYIV, Sept 20 – President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held "highly substantive" talks with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen in Kyiv, covering nearly all key issues, including security and energy.

"It is critically important to make full use of the European Peace Facility and Ukraine Assistance Fund to provide sustained and predictable support to our defense forces. The allocation of these funds to Ukraine, with no blockages, will affect our ability to defend and protect the lives of all our people and Ukrainian positions on the front line," Zelenskyy said at a Friday press conference.
