KYIV, Sept 19 – Investments in the 54.6 MW Skole Wind Farm (Orovska LLC) in Lviv region, whose official presentation took place on Wednesday, amounted to approximately UAH 2.1 billion, according to Andriy Konechenkov, Chairman of the Board of the Ukrainian Wind Energy Association (UWEA).
"On September 18, 2024, the largest operating wind farm in the mountainous region of Ukraine, Skole Wind Farm, with a total capacity of 54.6 MW, was presented. The investment in this joint project between the Ukrainian company Eco Optima (owned by businessman Zinoviy Kozytsky) and the Czech company MND amounted to about UAH 2.1 billion. The main creditor for the project was Ukreximbank," Konechenkov wrote on his Facebook page.
