KYIV, Sept 4 – Ukraine, through its Ministry of Finance, announced on Wednesday the successful completion of an offer to exchange 13 series of sovereign eurobonds worth $19.8 billion and eurobonds issued by Ukravtodor under state guarantees worth $0.7 billion (approximately $24 billion total, including capitalized interest) for eight new series of eurobonds with a nominal value of $15.2 billion.
According to a stock exchange notice, after receiving the necessary confirmations of bondholders' consent on August 28, Ukraine, the trustee, and the agents signed the necessary trust management agreement and other documents on August 30, 2024.
