KYIV, Aug 30 – The U.S. Army has signed a contract with Javelin Joint Venture (JJV) for the production of Javelin missiles and related equipment and services for the 2024 fiscal year for a total of $1.3 billion, the press service of Raytheon Technologies (RTX) reports.

"As the largest single-year Javelin production contract to date, this is the first follow-on award that is a part of an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) production contract that was initially awarded in May 2023," the report notes.
