KYIV, Aug 29 – The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) allowed the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Goldbeck Solar Investment (GSI, Germany) to control the joint venture Goldbeck Solar Investment Ukraine, which they created.
The committee made the corresponding decision at a meeting on Thursday, according to the agency’s website.
In June, following the results of URC-2024 in Berlin, the EBRD and Goldbeck announced the creation of JV GSI Ukraine to implement projects for the construction of up to 500 MW solar plants in Ukraine over the next three to five years.
