KYIV, Aug 27 – Ukraine does not intend to extend the gas transit agreement with Russia, which expires at the end of 2024, in the event of a request from Europe, it is ready to discuss the transit of gas from other suppliers through its GTS, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
"No one will extend the agreement with Russia, this is the end of the matter. As for the transit of gas from other companies, if the request of some of our European colleagues continues, and we are all in the European Union, we will consider their request," he said at a press conference in Kyiv on Tuesday.
