KYIV, Aug 27 – ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih (Dnipropetrovsk region) suspended coke production on Monday evening due to power outages.

"Today [Monday] at 17:15, the 154 kW lines at the coke production were disconnected by automatic control. Power was re-supplied. The coke production equipment is currently being restarted," the plant said.

The company warned residents of Kryvy Rih that visual effects in the form of smoke are possible for some time.
