KYIV, Aug 22 – Smart Energy group of companies launched wells at Vasyschevske field (Kharkiv region), according to a press release on Thursday.

"After unblocking special permits for production, it took us only a month to return the first company (Prom-Energo Product LLC) to work," said Oleksiy Zayats, Acting General Director of Smart Energy.
