KYIV, Aug 6 – Rental activity in Ukraine's warehouse real estate market increased by 13% in January-June 2024 compared to the same period last year, totaling about 70,000 square meters, according to a study by CBRE Ukraine.
"Despite the ongoing war and associated challenges, the warehouse market continues to show signs of recovery and remains the most stable segment of commercial real estate today. Although rental activity volumes are still constrained by the current market conditions, several major tenants are exploring market opportunities for expansion, which could positively impact rental deal volumes in the coming quarters," the company stated in a report.
