KYIV, Aug 1 – Ukraine's State Property Fund (SPF) has announced an auction on August 6 for the privatization of a state-owned stake amounting to 97.5458% of the authorized capital of JSC Zaporizhia Production Aluminum Plant (ZAlK).

According to a press release from the SPF on Thursday, the online auction for the privatization of 607,446,012 shares is scheduled for August 6. The auction will be conducted through the Prozorro.Sale electronic trading system with a starting price of almost UAH 151.9 million. The deadline for submitting bids to participate in the auction is August 5.
