KYIV, July 29 – U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine Economic Recovery Penny Pritzker has named five pillars which "form the building blocks of a strong economic recovery plan for Ukraine" and will put Ukraine on a path to prosperity.

During a press briefing in Kyiv on Monday, she said that turning Ukraine's recovery vision into a reality requires "equipping Ukraine with a cross-ministerial planning support, which is really a surge capacity of technical experts who can work alongside Ukrainians to facilitate a whole-of-government coordination and support development of a single prioritized project pipeline."
