KYIV, July 23 – Absent new attacks, the DTEK energy holding plans to restore 60-70% of the thermal power generating facilities destroyed by Russian attacks since March of this year by October.

This was announced by DTEK's Executive Officer Dmytro Sakharuk during "Dialogues with NV. The Future of Ukrainian Energy" discussion on Tuesday.
