KYIV, July 16 – Ukraine has fulfilled all the indicators of the second quarter within the Ukraine Facility and sent a request to the European Commission to receive a quarterly tranche of EUR 4.1 billion, First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economy Yulia Svyrydenko said.

"Now the partners must develop and confirm a report on Ukraine's implementation of the second quarter indicators. Next, the EU member states must approve the decision to provide funds to Ukraine. We sincerely hope for a positive assessment and that we will receive these necessary funds in September," she wrote on Facebook on Tuesday.
