KYIV, July 15 – Heat wave has a certain effect on the harvest of early grains, but it is not critical, while it is more dangerous for late grains, sunflowers and soybeans, Acting Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Taras Vysotsky said.

"There is also a certain effect of heat wave on these crops [early grains], but it is not critical. And from the point of view of harvest, there are even favorable conditions," he said on the air of the United National Telethon on Saturday.
