KYIV, July 12 – The growth of Ukraine's gross domestic product (GDP) in June 2024 year-over-year was about 1.1%, which is lower than the May and April indicators of 3.7% and 4.3%, respectively, this preliminary estimate was made public by First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economy Yulia Svyrydenko.
"The Ukrainian economy grew by 4.1% in the first half of 2024, despite the challenges we have faced, according to preliminary estimates of the Economy Ministry. In June, growth was at 1.1% compared to June 2023, a bit slower than at the beginning of the year," she said on X on Friday.
