KYIV, July 5 - Most business centers of class A and B are ready to work in conditions of energy shortage, senior consultant for office real estate at CBRE Ukraine Anastasia Kachan said in a commentary to Interfax-Ukraine.

“High-quality business centers took care of providing alternative autonomous power supply for tenants even during the first stage of blackouts, in the winter of 2022-2023. Thus, we can say that the majority of class A and B objects are ready for the current regular blackouts," Kachan said.
