KIEV, Jan. 18 ??“ Ukraine??™s industrial output rose by 6.2% on the year in 2006, twice as fast as the previous year, according to the State Statistics Committee.

The industrial output in Ukraine in December grew by 2.2% compared to November, and by 12% compared with the same period last year, the committee reported.
