KYIV, July 4 – The average weighted purchase and sale price of electricity in Ukraine's day-ahead market (DAM) in June 2024 was UAH 5,403.38 per MWh, increasing by 27.9% compared to the previous month (UAH 4,221.92 per MWh).

According to PJSC Market Operator, the BASE period electricity price index on the DAM rose to UAH 4,981.94 per MWh, which is 26.4% higher than in May (UAH 3,941.16 per MWh). Meanwhile, in the intraday market (IDM), the average weighted price of accepted electricity was UAH 5,609.46 per MWh (12.7% more) compared to UAH 4,975.95 per MWh in the previous month.
